Becca Schultz is an entrepreneur, pianist, composer and visual artist. She is the Founder and Program Director of Vesper School of Music in Portland, Oregon. Since 2018 Becca has served on the Board of Directors of the Belmont Area Business Association and is currently their Marketing and Communications Manager.
Becca plays keyboards and sings with bands Jared Mees and New Move. For several years she toured internationally with choral folk-rock band Ages and Ages. Also an avid solo performer, Becca accompanies vocalists, dancers, musical theater and instrumentalists. Since 2013 she has been an active part in the non-profit Piano. Push. Play.
In December 2012 Becca released Terrain, her debut solo record of original piano compositions. Her piano and keyboard playing has been featured on a number of studio recordings.
Becca is currently working on her second solo album, Prisma, due out in 2019. Prisma is cinematic, synth-focused & experimental. Rich textures and melodies co-exist with ambient noise in an immersive sound experience that speaks deeply of emotional reflections. Prisma will be released alongside several personal essays by Becca on what it means to her to be a queer-identified artist in today's world.
